About Us

We have been serving the Lord at Mountain Top Community Church in Elkhart, Indiana since the summer of 2005. Mike and judy met at Guidance Ministries where Judy volunteered. Following a period of homelessness and addictions, Judy began attending the church. Mike had become homeless and suicidal after a series of life altering circumstances. We were married in November 2005. Under the tutelage of Pastors Frank and Lori King, Judy began working in the food and clothing pantries as a volunteer and eventually moved into the paid position of Director of Daily Operations. Mike has worked behind the scenes of Guidance Ministries for the last four years as well. Judy regularly officiates as acting Director when the pastors are away. The Lord had come to both of us at different times four years ago and said we would be working his ministry on the road starting in 2009. He proved this by providing us with our RV.

Highlights

Feeding and Clothing the Needy Mike and Judy helped serve over 16,000 plates of food to the hungry in 2008 through Guidance Ministries and God's Kitchen. Judy helped cloth over 2500 people from the clothing pantry at Guidance Ministries in 2008
Volunteering Judy also volunteers once or twice a month as a file clerk or cashier at The Center for Healing and Hope
